The festive period can be particularly stressful and overstimulating for those who are neurodivergent.

So I will still be hosting the adult ADHD peer support group on Monday 22nd December, and Monday 29th of December, upstairs at Amino+ Coffee.

Drop in between 4pm and 6pm to spend time with others who understand, and can relate to the many challenges and complexities we can be faced with at this time of year.

Today was another great session!

We connected over many topics including the costs of ‘ADHD Tax’, how perfectionism can show up in our lives, and small steps we can take to challenge them.

A new ADHD peer support group is starting in Kettering on Monday!

This group have been set up by Emily who is one of our Community Wellbeing Champions looking to make a positive difference in our local community. This group will take place on Mondays from 4-6pm at Amino Coffee, Unit 1, Market Street Mews, Kettering, NN16 0AH.

This aims to be a positive setting for like minded adults with ADHD to meet, socialise and engage in supportive discussions. If this sounds like something that might benefit you, then pop down on Monday and give it a go.💙
