Zooming out, it's gone well, but there is no hiding the fact that fat loss can stall as the weeks go on...

What can make the difference?
Firstly, understanding where you store body fat is key
We are all different and store body fat in key areas
This is a good thing, as it gives us a cheat code to understanding what to do next.
Hormonal balance affects where you store your body fat
so if we know where you store it, we can address the specific hormone and drop body fat fast!!
For me, it's insulin which leads me to the second Cheat Code of the day.

I've never personally used one before, so this will be an interesting learning curve for me
But the real time data you can get from using this tool can be life changing
