Dave,
On Behalf of myself, brother and sisters,
First and foremost we would like to thank you and your colleagues for looking after mum and dad with compassion and dignity.
Everything went so perfect. We know that you looked after them and made sure they were side by side waiting for us.
From the beginning to the end the planning was brilliant.
You made it stress free and I know I only had to pick up the phone if I was worried about anything and you dealt with it straight away.
We couldn't have asked for anything more.
We felt like you were part of the family.
We would definitely recommend your services to others.

Hi Mark,
I just wanted to drop you a brief line to say a big thank you to you and the rest of the Co-op team.
I stayed with my Dad until yesterday morning and know that my sister then spent time with him yesterday also.
Having spoken to my Dad and sister, I know we are all very grateful to you, your Co-op colleagues and the Celebrant, Colin for how the service went on Wednesday.
We all felt it was dignified and respectful and you were very helpful in your sensitive prompts and direction of us throughout the service.
So, our heartfelt thanks go out to you and the team.
