A beautiful way to end the Self Love Sunday Retreat at Beth Be Well Pilates ✨

We hosted a calming aroma blending workshop, where everyone created their own organic cream, choosing natural essential oils that felt right for them.

Once blended, we moved into a guided self arm and hand massage, learning simple techniques to release tension and slow the body down.

The retreat closed with a peaceful relaxation session, leaving everyone feeling calm, grounded and cared for.
