So this msg out of the blue just made my day ....

"Just chatting with friends today about last year and what a difference the physio visits to you made. Pleased to say I'm swimming, doing aqua-fit, gardening, learning to hula-hoop and walking our dog for a couple of hours daily.... Your positive encouragement and all the exercises made a difference to my recovery. Thank you".
