Well the time has come for me to move over and let a new consultant take the reins at our Kibworth group!! I've had the best 5 years supporting all my brilliant members! I'm retiring from slimming world on 3rd September. I'm gonna miss everyone desperately but I'm looking forward to a bit more leisure time and more holidays!! 😍🏝 It's not been an easy decision, in fact it's broke my heart a little bit 🥲 but onwards and upwards! The brilliant thing is Kibworth group is still very much running and is as busy as ever with a fantastic buzz and members are achieving their dreams 🎯🏆❤️
I'll still see you around and I'm still teaching step and dancefit 💃💪🫶
Slimming World With Aishah in Oadby and Evington will be caretaking the group whilst the new consultant is appointed.

It was a special occasion in group this week we crowned our woman of the year 2024🏆👑🥰 Not only has Jan lost just over 3 stone but she's battled stage 3 breast cancer undergoing grueling chemo and surgery! We're all so proud of Jan ❤️ Oh yes and of course she's flying the flag for our senior members! 💪 🥰

😕😕😕 Slimmers Confession 😕😕😕

Oh Slimming World, Slimming World.
What have I done!
I used to be happy, It used to be fun.
I loved seeing the scales go down each week,
my clothes feeling looser and now seeing my feet.
But sadly I stepped off the Slimming World train.
I stopped at the station of “Junk and weight gain”

I believed all the lies that led me astray.
That carrot cake is one of my five fruit a day.
That wine after all are really just grapes
That crisps are a tasty car-bo -hydrate.
That you cannot gain weight with one cookie, that’s true.
But it’s always followed by a packet or two.

So I stand on the platform with my hat in my hand.
And hope that my consultant will just understand.
I step on the scales to face what I’ve done.
And face the fact that I now weigh a ton.
I now warn all you slimmers on the Slimming World train.
NEVER stop at the station of “Junk and Weight Gain!”

I've got 2 x family meals rustic pork pasta in a fennel and caper sauce and Korean-style beef noodles.
