Rachel Barff is the new Consultant from Thursday 1st January 2026 - when the sessions will become 1 at 6pm.

It’s been an amazing 3 years and have loved helping members achieve their weight loss goals.

Weight losses being celebrated in group last night with members losing an amazing 40lbs - helping and supporting one another with so much to tempt us off track at the moment. Feeling proud of the support and changes members are making - we are going heading into 2026 lighter, healthier, happier and even more confident 🤗
