A Medical Pedicure is very different to a Salon Pedicure. You will have a complete Foot, nail and skin assessment which includes advice and information about your feet.
As an FHP I will use medical tools to remove any hard skin or corns and shape your nails. A neurological assessment is carried out using various diagnostic tools. I use medical grade products including a specialist Foot bath foam to create that Foot spa feeling without having to use a Foot spa. Any cuticles around the nails will be removed. (Please note if you are a diabetic this part of the treatment can not be carried out). I then use a gentle exfoliating cream to remove any old skin. To finish off I massage your lower legs and feet using a hydrating cream to increase blood flow, offer dermal cell regeneration and decrease pain.
