The Gables Rest Home Kidderminster The Gables Rest Home is a family run residential home located in Kidderminster.

We provide residential accommodation for 30 older people and accept residents who are either self-funding or funded either in part, or wholly by the local authority.

⭐️Job Opportunity⭐️ Night Carer ⭐️
We are seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of care, including, dementia and mental health 💓

Duties:- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in their residential setting- Adminster Medication 💊- Assist with activities of daily living, including all aspects of personal care, support with meals and ensure dietary requirements are met-🍳 Engage is activities personalised to each resident- Support individuals with dementia through empathetic and patient care- Maintain a clean and safe environment for those under your care.

Qualifications:- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field- Knowledge of first aid procedures- Medication trained- Proficient in handling various aspects of elderly care- Experience in dementia care is advantageous- Capability to manage challenging behaviours effectively- Competent in providing assisted living support- Skilled in meal preparation for individuals with specific dietary needs. Extensive training will be given throughout Induction.

We operate a two week rota working every other weekend. 2 to 4 nights available per recruit ✅️
