It's THAT point in January, like a peak we need to get over together! I'll be at the clubhouse with friendly faces, cosy drinks and snacks and some winter wellness just for you!

My Winter Alter

With seasonal living comes little rituals to set intentions and the mood for my time ahead.
A mini alter on top of my book case (away from small hands!) is a focus. I spend a bit of time choosing pieces and setting it up, reflecting on what I want and need from the season.
I didn't do one at the start of winter but for obvious reasons I was prompted to do it this week.

Be inspired by colour, texture, light, scent, crystals, important objects, nature.

I have:
A wooden plate (yes a Preloved baby plate that you'll have seen in my classes)
A candle inside a pot I made a few years ago
A HOPE token also something I made and found again recently
A little cup with a beautiful message
A wooly b**b
A beautiful illustration on a card
A moomin
My moon journal
Crystals that were significant to me
Essential oil to put on the burner this season the Align blend

Sending you all the new year wishes for peace and happiness in 2026 💚 my new year post is always of the same theme. January 1st is a beginning of the calendar year, a beginning where we can reflect on what we want for the year ahead. But stop there, don't be running off making all the action your priority!
It's still the middle of winter, it doesn't have to be a time of high energy and change. In living with the seasons we can better match our natural energy.

So what are your intentions for the year ahead? What are your reflections when you think about what you want more of? Less of? What might you do to get there? Write it down, commit in your mind. Then feel free to continue to soak up winter cosy vibes!

Merry Christmas Loves.

I hope you're having a peaceful Christmas time.

That you're feeling some of the joy and if you're not then here's permission to allow for that! There's often sadness or disappointment mixed in for many of us 💚 don't give yourself a hard time for that.

I'm off for a Bailey's and some Christmas telly now the busy bit is done.
