Happy New Year from our family to yours 🎉🎩❤️

As we prepare to count down the clock and close the door on 2025. Here’s a reflection of the year gone by. We cannot thank you all enough for your support, loyalty and continued trust. We are so proud to serve our local communities in their time of need. As we celebrate tonight, we remember all those who have gone before us, in the knowledge that they too are celebrating from above 😇♥️

2025 was a landmark year for The Gaunt Family as we celebrated 125 years of caring for families. We have worked hard to grow our well established roots into new communities to continue to provide the first class funeral service we are known for.

This year again we had a record number of families attend our Christmas Remembrance Service at Lifecentral Church. We raised more vital funds for many charities including Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity, KEMP Hospice, Birmingham Christmas Shelter, numerous Schools and Grass Roots Football Teams and Bewdley Rotary. 🙏🎈♥️

We celebrated special birthdays, qualifications and anniversaries and we sadly also felt the loss of some family and friends along the way 😢💔

Our proudest moment this year has to be the acquisition of our 7th funeral home Caldicotts Funerals - Gaunts of Tenbury Wells previously (A H Caldicott & Sons) which firmly seals our growing presence across Worcestershire and Shropshire and allows us to care for even more families in their time of need. Graham Caldicott and his team remain a vital part of the business and will continue to serve the families of Tenbury with the same level of care and expertise his family has since 1919.

We proudly welcomed new members to our family and team and we are excited for whatever 2026 has in store for us. 🤩

Another huge thank you to our dedicated staff, suppliers and friends. Without you, none of what we have achieved this year would be possible. 🎩💙

We want to send special wishes to all our families and friends who are entering 2026 trying to navigate through whatever challenges the New Year will bring. Please remember you are not alone. 🥰

A recent funeral conducted by Sam for a much loved biker taken from this world far too soon. The church was full of family and friends paying their respects. His hearse was escorted by hundreds of his biker family from our office to St Andrews Church, Malvern which directly looks out on to the stunning Malvern hills.

Yesterday our Managing Director Heidi volunteered with Bewdley Rotary and Enzos Friends for a Burnaid Day Out in Stourport. This year was the 20th anniversary of the day out organised by fellow Rotarian Syd Handy. The day out was enjoyed by many children who are burn victims and their families. The day included a boat ride on the river courtesy of The River King and fun at the fairs thanks to Treasure Island Stourport - Fair and Stourport Playland. Followed by some lunch.

We want to thank everyone for their time, generosity and help in making this day a magical day for the children. We are very proud to be a part of Rotary and to be able to give back to our local communities. 💛🎢🎡

The 2025 Prom Season has started 🕺🏼💃🪩💛

Every year we offer our Limousines for Proms in exchange for a donation. 100% of the proceeds this year are going to Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity 🎈❤️
