For those of you just learning about the Access Bars, you might be wondering what a session looks like.

While we encourage people to run Bars anytime, anywhere, we'll do our best to describe a "typical" session.

One of the things that's so great about Access Bars as a modality is that you really don't need much....just your hands.

The person receiving a session can sit or lie down.

Many Practitioners use massage tables.

You may spot someone at a fair or market using those zero gravity chairs.

Some people even lie on the ground outside, or in bed or on a couch at home.

In the beginning the Practitioner will gently touch your head, feet and hands to start activating the energy flow.

Then the rest of the session, they will lightly touch 32 points on the head in a series of gentle holds.

And, that's it!
Easy, peasy.
Super gentle and nurturing.

Excited to launch the new logo for Green Trees Wellness Centre!
The website should go live later this week - www.greentreeswellness.co.uk

We currently have availability for human physiotherapy slots on Tuesday! Get in touch if you have any musculoskeletal aches and pains that you would like to get assessed/treated.

We are also hoping to be able to launch the following services in the foreseeable future with a Holistic Therapy Practitioner:

- Soft tissue massage
- Pregnancy massage
- Hot and cold stone massage
- Facial massage and skincare
- Reflexology
