Good morning everyone. Hope you are all well?
After nearly 8 weeks on sick leave, I have had to make the heartbreaking decision that Paisley's Pickle Paws has to close. I have to be practical and realise that it's not looking like I'll be able to return, my health isn't showing any signs of improving and I don't want to keep you all hanging on.
Thank you so much for all of your love and support over the years and I'm really sorry it has to come to this.

As I am completely out of my mind with boredom at the moment, I thought I'd do a quick sale (while my hands allow me to type and my eyes are actually focussed!)

I'm going to be doing some online sales for a few weeks until the Dr allows me back to work so..... if there is anything you would like me to try and get hold of as an eco-friendly substitute for something you already have then drop me a message!

Every one who has dogs needs my first sale.....yes plastic bags are cheaper but they are not sustainable for the environment - they do not turn to compost like the eco-friendly ones!

These are £10 per box or 70p a roll

Unfortunately I'm still not able to work 😭😭
The girls and Django are keeping me company but I'm really missing being out there with all of our furbabies.
At the moment, I can't really plan anything going forward until I have seen neurology so I'm really conscious of keeping you all hanging on. I'm still hoping that the dr will clear me for work...or they ill stop hugging the floor.....but that hope is quickly diminished with each fall I have. I really don't want to risk falling when I'm in charge of your furbabies.

I've already had to stop the cleaning side of things due to my health but I really don't want to have to stop everything.

I want to thank each and every one of my lovely customers who have checked in with me...dropped meals off and just generally offered to help with my own dogs. It really is appreciated and I miss every one of you!

I'm unfortunately off sick this week. Fibro is kicking my butt at the moment and I'm really struggling. I never usually moan about the pain I am in every second of every day. I usually crack on with it, smiling and laughing, walking your dogs, cleaning your homes....I just get on with it and I do tell people I'm fine when I'm not......but when I say I'm struggling believe me the struggle is real. When I open up and say I'm not fine then I'm really not fine. I won't ask for help, I'll just say it can wait....even if I'm desperate!
8 nearly 9 years ago I was in a wheelchair....I've worked bloody hard to get to grips with my disability and pushed through but I refuse point blank to get back in a wheelchair. If this means that I have to take a week or 2 off work then that's what I have to do.

Having a debilitating condition is horrible, I never know from one day to the next when I'm going to flare up.

Thankyou to those customers who have sent well wishes, believe me...it really means alot x
