🪷 Sacred Rebirth - New Beginning 🌸

Sometimes a Mandala begins to speak only once it starts unfolding.

There was no specific intention when I started creating this piece, yet as it unfolded, themes of new life, blooming, and gentle rebirth naturally began to appear.

At the centre of this Mandala is a single dot of magenta — a quiet spark from which everything begins.

Around it, colour-shifting rose–turquoise dots expand outward in a soft spiral, almost like a seed opening, a breath expanding, or the first movement of life awakening.
It reminds us that every beginning starts small. A thought. A heartbeat. A tiny spark of life.

From that centre, the energy begins to bloom. Petal-like forms unfold layer by layer, creating the feeling of a flower slowly opening to the world. Yet at the same time, these layers gently hold and protect the centre — reminding us that true growth happens when life is given a safe and supportive space to emerge.

The Colours
Soft magenta brings the energy of the heart — compassion, emotional openness, and the gentle unfolding of our inner world.

The rose–turquoise carries a sense of purity and new beginnings, like morning dew resting on newly opened petals.

The wine red and carmine tones speak of vitality, life force, and the deep pulse of the Earth. They hold the warmth and strength that allows something new to grow.

The rings of blue-gold introduce breath and balance. Like cool water flowing between warmth and fire, they bring calm, healing, and spaciousness to the composition.

The delicate rose gold and antique gold details weave through the Mandala like threads of light, reminding us that even the smallest moments of growth carry something sacred within them.

And the black background and textured side edges ground the entire piece, holding the space and allowing the colours to shine even more vividly.

Holding Space for Growth
The structure of the Mandala creates both movement and protection.

Circular layers allow the energy to flow and expand freely, while the square frames gently hold everything together — creating a sense of stability and grounding.

The textured black edges on the sides act almost like guardians or pillars, containing the space where this blooming energy can safely unfold.

Growth often happens when life is given space, support, and protection to grow at its own pace.

Sometimes we do not need to know exactly where we are going. We simply begin… and trust that something beautiful will grow from that first small point. Just like the Mandala itself.

May this Mandala be a reminder that within each of us there is always a seed of new life waiting to bloom.
And when we create a safe space for it — with patience, care, and trust — something truly beautiful can unfold. 🌸✨

Something that you thought was ordinary will turn out to be extraordinary. Take a second to look at the people and situations in your life. Some-times receiving treasure is simply a matter of seeing life in a new way. The treasure was always there; you just didn't see it.

The Sacred Traveler Wants You to Know: On the journey, the traveler confronts dragons and over-comes obstacles, and in the process discovers the depth of the treasure in their soul. Often treasure is found in the most unexpected of places. Sometimes after it seems that you've faced an inner dragon, you'll find the hidden treasure. Success begets success. So as you begin to seek and find the bounty in your life, more and more rewards will follow. This card heralds a bountiful, prosperous, abundant time in your life.

"Get ready for new horizons!"

Card Meaning: Stop playing it safe. Get ready for new horizons and change in your life. A journey is com-ing. It might be to foreign lands or faraway places, or may be an inner shift that changes your destiny. It's all beneficial. Sometimes we can feel wobbled when we are not in our normal surroundings; however, you are safe and protected. Good fortune ensues.

The Sacred Traveler Wants You to Know: Part of the glory of travel is stepping out of old habits, rou-tines, and the repetitiveness of everyday life. It can feel daunting, yet in no small way your life is a spiritual voyage. Change is coming. Things are not as they seem. There are no wrong turns; every adventure and misad-venture is part of the course. You are on a pilgrimage of the soul. Keep your metaphorical bag packed; some unexpected experiences are ahead. Be ready for anything. The joy of travel is that you can begin to experience the everyday as if you are seeing it for the first time. Nothing should be taken for granted.

✨ Card 1:
Shaman - Trust in Higher Forces

**Message**
Trust in your angels, guides and ancestors. If you have given your power away, claim it back.

**About**
Inspired by the Sámi, the indigenous peoples of northern Norway, Sweden and Finland, this card represents those people who have a connection to Earth and the hidden realms. Many shamans believed that when there was illness or disease, it was because a person’s power had been left behind somewhere or a negative pattern had installed itself in them. In trance, they would travel to the underworld to recall this power and remove the ‘demon’. If this card comes to you, it’s because you need to do some release work with lower energies or with your lack of trust in the spiritual energies that are guiding you. The Shaman will aid you in your quest.

**Extended Message**
There are spiritual allies working in your favour and their miracles will unfold much more easily when you move into a state of trust. So, call back your power and stop allowing external forces to divert you from the miracles you deserve. Hand over all of your concerns to your spiritual allies. When you do so, you allow them to send you intuitive guidance and messages that will allow you to correct this situation and come out on top. The Shaman card also shows that you have shamanic potential to move between the realms and connect with your guides in an extremely personal way.

Water is the element that is in your blood, your tears and your flesh. The Water Guardian represents the angels of Water, who can help you dive within to understand the depth of your emotions. These angels are all about helping you see that your emotions aren’t just the feelings that are on the surface, they are also the old emotions you may have locked deep within the shadows of your soul. Through helping you acknowledge your deepest emotions, the angels of Water help you to hear the messages they have for you and to unlock your intuitive powers and the energies of abundance.

**Extended Message**
Your angels want you to know that it’s okay to feel the emotions that are surfacing in you at this time. It doesn’t matter if they are joyous or sad, they are all powerful messengers that allow you to understand what you want and need. Taking time to breathe and acknowledge them lets them flow through you rather than crashing down on you as an overwhelming wave. Note that there are also intuitive/psychic messages arising in you at this time and unless you acknowledge everything as it comes up you may miss important guidance that can lead you to support and love.

Magick (with a ‘k’) is the energy of the universe that allows you to manifest and create through the direction and power of your will. It changes according to your frequency. The Magick Guardian is a representation of the angel of magick who helps you direct your will to bring something into creation. She is the angel who swirls around shamans and wise ones when they are calling on the energy of magick to help them manifest something that will be healing and supportive of their path. She is the angel of all magick that is directed for the highest good of whoever is working with it.

**Extended Message**
You are the magick, you are the answer, you have it all within you. If you’ve been searching for an answer or a reason to focus, recognize that all that you are looking for is already within you. You are a powerful and magical person with the capacity to direct your intentions and will your desires into being. But your power can only be powerful when you own it. So, take time to acknowledge it. Your ability to dedicate yourself to a goal and make it happen is a real gift that you are being guided to recognize now.

✨ One of the most important things to remember on your healing journey is this: no one else can heal you — only YOU. ✨

In a world that often looks for quick fixes, it can be tempting to hope that someone else will “do the healing” for us. But true healing isn’t something that can be handed over… it’s something that unfolds from within.

As Maryam Hasnaa wrote:

“A healer does not heal you.
A healer is someone who holds space for you
while you awaken your inner healer,
so that you may heal yourself.”

Without your willingness, your courage, and your own inner work, transformation cannot fully happen. You could sit with the most gifted, powerful practitioners in the world — but if you are not ready to participate in your own healing, nothing truly shifts.

So why see a healer or a professional at all? - You may ask.

Because you don’t have to walk this path alone. 🤍
Because they can offer tools, intuition, guidance, and experience to gently point you in the right direction.
Because they can hold a safe, sacred space while you move through your darkest shadows and your brightest awakenings.

To be held.
To be heard.
To feel safe enough to open.
To be witnessed as you remember your own power.

Your healing is yours — but support can make the journey softer, deeper, and far less lonely. ✨

These two beautiful Tibetan singing bowls have just found their way to me from a lovely local shop The Zen Shop 💗 The moment I heard their voice, I knew they were meant to be part of this next chapter.

I am currently gathering the tools, energy, and intention to begin offering Womb Healing case studies 🌸 — work that honours the deep wisdom, memory, and creative power held within the womb space.

Soon, I will open a small number of **free sessions** for these case studies ✨
For now, I simply wanted to introduce these sacred companions who will help hold and support this work 🌿

Tibetan singing bowls carry soothing vibrations that can gently calm the nervous system, release stored emotions, and invite the body into a state of deep safety, softness, and receptivity — a beautiful space for womb healing to unfold 💗
