The words of my member Kerrie xx

I joined the group hoping to just lose weight, but what I have gained from this group is that I now have a support community for my weight loss journey. Kerry is the most encouraging consultant but what makes its speacial is she is realistic about my journey and so supportive. This then spreads to the group our SW community we have on a Saturday. By staying at group whenever I can gives me that boost to keep motivated but also I learn so much from all the members on tips to help my weight loss journey. I can't thank Kerry and the group enough, it's such an easy going, non judgmental and dare I say fun group. So thank you all.

Tomorrow Evening I am honoured to be receiving not 1 but 2 Gold Awards alongside some amazing Slimming World colleagues ...

Chloe!!! Wow what a change !!

2 stone 5lb lighter then when I joined

So much fitter n healthier, happier in my own skin, growing in confidence, learned better habits both with food n my body magic.

For me this time on my journey I’ve learned to maintain my weightloss which is huge for me. (Lost track of the amount of times I’ve lost weight then gave up n regained it all plus some) 🫣

Now I’m ready to take that to the next level and actually get myself to target 💪🏻

I love Kerry’s group, only group I’ve ever actually enjoyed staying in group (and set an early alarm for on a Saturday shall I add) 🙋🏻‍♀️😜
