It can be difficult to identify never mind talk about how we are feeling. It may be you don't want to bother people with your problems or you don't want to dig too deep as you're not sure what you will find. Therapy can provide a space for exploring your experiences and help you understand why saying what you really mean is so challenging. Which in turn, can open up the opportunity to express what's going on underneath the 'I'm fine'.
