Debbie Lewis is the Registered Manager, our offices are located on Bewdley Road, Kidderminster. We are a small team of carers providing care to our clients in Kidderminster, Bewdley and Stourport. Our services are personalised to our clients and their individual requirements. These include:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly clients in a home care setting.

You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by supporting their daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication abilities, and a genuine passion for caring.

Responsibilities

* Deliver personalised care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and any changes in their condition.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure cohesive care delivery.
* Drive engagement in social activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in care or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiarity with following care plans tailored to individual needs.
* A compassionate approach towards elderly individuals, demonstrating patience and empathy.
* Relevant qualifications in health or social care are preferred but not essential.
