FULL / PART-TIME Senior Care Worker required
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care and be committed to providing high-quality support to our clients. This role involves supervising care staff, developing care plans, and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained within the clients home environment. The Senior Care Worker will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective communication and leadership.

Duties:

✅️ Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their health status.
✅️ Drive initiatives that promote clients engagement and well-being within the care agency.
✅️ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices within the facility.
✅️ Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
Full UK driving licence essential, as we work within the local area.
