WHAT IS A DIET...
A diet is to lose weight, but most importantly to keep it off when you have reached your goal.
With the 1:1 Diet we never encourage you to eat large portions of food, save your calories to binge eat on a weekend or let you eat large amounts of food making you believe this is calorie free! All food has calories...
Truth is, on the 1:1 Diet portions are small and calories are limited but this is part of the learning process of what it will be like when you reach your goal...you will learn to eat smaller portions, be in control of yourself and re train your brain to eat healthy with the occasional treat.
Why not give it a try? Many of my clients wish they had not wasted so many years on diets that just don't work, losing a pound one week then gaining it back the next!
