After completing my course, I knew I wanted to support women with menstrual health challenges.

In April, a 30-year-old woman who had previously experienced breast cancer came to me, hoping her periods would return.

Does reproductive reflexology actually work?

That's a fair question, to answer that we are sharing an update from one of our newly trained members:

"I woke up to my 3rd positive pregnancy test this morning. I’ve worked with 4 fertility clients since March and 3 of them have fallen pregnant. I absolutely love the work I’m doing and after a fab menopause training course with Barbara yesterday I can’t wait to get started with my perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal clients! Thank you for all of your help, support and advice ❤️"

So there you go, proof with 3 out of 4 clients becoming pregnant. This isn't a one off either. We regularly hear from our members that their clients have become pregnant.

Tracking your cycle is a hugely important part of your journey to pregnancy and our reproductive reflexologists are well trained in looking at charts.

To make life easier there is an app that we use with clients called "Fertility Friend". It's easy to use and a system our reflexologists are used to seeing and working with.

Once you have the app installed on your iPhone or Android device the data is accessible through the web and works with other wearable devices such as an Apple Watch.

The more information we can gather to understand your cycle the better our reproductive reflexologists can support you.
