Today’s fitness session with Luan involved us trying out some gentle balancing moves and exercises. There was something for everyone and something we can all keep practicing when we are at home.

Lovely last young peoples club tonight before our Summer Trips start next week, Cooking Chocolate Cookies, playing games, and piano!!

We had a good Budgeting Workshop this-morning delivered by the wonderful Murray and Heidi from SM Lawson Solicitors explaining all about Lasting Power of Attorneys, Wills and Trust Funds.
Very interesting and helpful, 🤩

All set up and ready to see you at Berrington Court today for their Summer Fayre 10am-2pm, lots of lovely crafts for sale and yummy cakes!!

We will be there with the crafts you have been busy making at the craft sessions along with members and staff ( attic )with their own tables!!

The weather forecast is dull and dreary but the atmosphere for our Summer Fayre is bright and cheerful. Come and join us , we look forward to seeing everyone.
