With a passion for nature, adventure, and creativity, she inspires playful exploration and intuitive guidance within her offerings. Her classes provide a journey into body movement and mental empowerment, focusing on building strength, flexibility, mental clarity and connection. By exploring philosophies of yoga and Eastern wellbeing modalities, students gain insight into the practice and learn to integrate it into their daily lives. Each session encourages personal growth with physical movement, breathing practices & meditation, fostering self-discovery and mindfulness. With a weekly intention, participants deepen their understanding of their bodies, whether through chakra work, TCM, alignment, the seasons, emotional release, or a playful session inspired by her unique playlists. Victoria's classes, suitable for all levels aged 16 and up, incorporate elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Tantra, Yin, Pilates, Meditation, Facial Reflexology, Sound Healing and more, promoting resilience in both body and mind. She offers adaptations and modifications, ensuring a supportive environment where students can honor their unique practice and connect with their inner selves and the world around them. Where do I start? After Will reading the book and watching the documentary Wilding he had a huge nudge to visit and my goodness, what an amazing 3 days we had. To be within the wilderness, sleeping in our yurt under starry skies and enjoying making the most of wellbeing our hearts felt connected to each other and the land! We enjoyed Yin yoga in a yurt (must add to my buy list) with a log burner, we enjoyed a social and sauna session where we sat at sunset with other people connecting and laughing in the warmest hub and optional cold water pond dive (Will only😂). Before we left to drive home we enjoyed a 3-4 hour wild safari walk with Adam around the grounds and learned so much, from animal tracks, trees, mushrooms and how the animals and land live and communicate with each other was so fascinating to hear and physically see. We can’t wait to revisit next year to see the growth and changes! The food for breakfast and lunch was amazing and honesty, it was just what I needed. Living in nature is the best!! I’m ready to get my little yurt out again, where to next?!

If you are interested in regenerative farming, learning more, exploring and seeing animals doing what they do best you must visit in the future. 🌱🌱🌱

Beyond blessed 🍁

I bring in the Autumn Equinox with the energy of abundance, the intention of alignment and the manifestation of gathering. To have shared 5 events this weekend and held space at such a pivotal time of year was so so special. Within this season we can feel out of sorts, we can feel very much out of balance and to have brought so many people together to embody the qualities of Autumn, I couldn’t feel a shift, a lightness, a sense of ease. Reminding ourselves that as the seasons change, as do we. This time of year helps us reflect and gently observe how far we have came, the harvest of personal growth and a time to release what no longer serves us. It is now a time where we can actually sew the seeds for next spring, what do you want to carry forwards, what can you loosen the grip of in order to flourish?

This time of year I’ve learnt to love and I can really see myself embracing the cooler air, the stillness and resting moments. Ive meditated on my intentions of how I’m moving forward and have already implemented some changes to support my needs, next spring, will be spacious.

Sending you all Mabon blessings, today I’m teaching my two classes and will then be taking care of myself, with cooking and nature time and will attend my own sound bath later with 😍 admin will wait today as today teaches us about balance, I’ve given my energy away over the weekend and today I’m giving it all back to myself.

I’m so grateful for sharing space to create and connect .presents this afternoon. ✨ Todays workshop was creating our own meditation Chakra necklaces, taking our time to move through a mindful meditation knotting between each bead, I originally hadn’t planned on teaching the knotting, but this is where the patience and dedication comes in. A chance to sit and observe the emotions and thoughts that arise when we have to complete the cycle of the beads. A chance to stop, check in, a chance to ask for help, a chance to notice when things feel difficult. 🌱 We had time to connect with each other, time to laugh, time to cry, time to open and learn about each other. Time to grow and most importantly time to just turn off from modern life. It was so gorgeous to see everyone’s final piece with their own creative flare, too be in Zoe’s incredible space with her hosting and treating us with herbal teas and homemade cakes! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for anything else, so so grateful for each and everyone of you who joined us.

Let’s plan another one for the new year and do it as a half day retreat, with some singing please! 🙌🙌🙌

I’m really energetically feeling a deep shift, a shift within that allows me to shed and let go of things that are no longer in alignment, letting go feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable but I trust the growth and the vibrancy that will be ahead.

This time of year we feel and observe the leaves begging to change colour and slowly release from the branches when they feel ready to do so. This process is natural every single year, yes we may worry or even resist the cycle.

When we lean into releasing the right grip of things, decisions, friendships, demands, jobs, things you have said yes to but you firmly feel it’s a no, trying to do everything all at once, when you lean, you learn, feel and see what is important to you. Leaning in allows you to align.

My brain is seriously having a huge reassessment at the moment, how do I want to move forwards into winter and next year? What is my affirmation? Time rich. I want more time to take care of myself, I want more time to be with my child and partner, I want more time to do the things that fill me up, I want more time to learn, I want more time to be in nature, I want to share workshops that have even more potency, I want to create deep meaningful friendships.

Because this is something I’m manifesting, it will be created, this time of year is a beautiful time to reflect without judgement, to see clearly what feels right for you to create more space.

When you create more time, you have more space. That space doesn’t need to be filled, and if it is, make sure it’s something that you value or are inspired by.

Letting go is a necessary process in order for you to create something new.

Change is inevitable.

Victoria’s Story

A teacher with an endless flare for curiosity.

​Victoria has a love for nature, adventure, creativity and is all about inspiring play!

Victoria offers a spirited exploration into the movement of the body and the power of the mind. Classes offer a deep physical practice to help individuals build strength, flexibility and allow for full body conditioning. Delving into philosophy enables students to understand the depth of the ta***ic yoga system, why we do what we do in classes and taking the practice home to use in daily life.

Playful and challenging flows are introduced within each session, allowing the body to adapt, change and evolve. If we don't explore those edges beyond our comfort zones what will we learn about ourselves and others? We learn to enjoy our own company, we soften into the sensations the body creates, we take time to listen to our thoughts.
