Sacred Rest ❄️ Online Practice.

You are welcome to join Victoria for a one of a kind end of year wind down online session, designed to help you hibernate and find balance during the winter months. Sacred Rest is an online container created with deep relaxation in mind, a space where we can let the body destress as we feel the seasonal changes. This time of year brings a slower pace, stillness and silence within nature but we may find the pressures of modern life pushing us to keep up, stay busy and do all of the things, all at once! This online class teaches you to slow down, to be more present, to create a safe haven where you can switch off busy life and enjoy being with your body, mind & heart.

This session utilizes tools and techniques to calm a busy mind, alleviate physical aches and pains, enhance mindfulness, stretch and lengthen muscles and connective tissues, promote deep relaxation, and build the confidence to embrace rest.

December 29th - 7.30-9.00pm

EARTH SONG 🍂

Friday evening we gathered and shared our first Earth Song event and it was incredible! It went beyond anything I could have imagined and our vision was gratefully received! A space to share songs of the land, toning, music and connection. The energy that filled the space within minutes was so so beautiful! Courage, awareness, self expression filled us to the brim and to watch and hear everyone sing was so special. To physically feel the edges of tension and nerves soften and voices reach new levels was something I can’t describe, so many tearful moments and waves of emotion being able to sit within the space to give and receive back.

We cannot thank you enough for joining us and we are are sharing another January 24th with a lovely extra special addition of Cacao or Rose tea. Let’s celebrate coming together in circle to connect, dance and sing. ✨🙌

Christmas Sound Baths ✨

As we move towards the end of the year I’ll be sharing two special sound bath sessions at Hartlebury castle! This will be the third year sharing in this beautiful historical building and I love the energy of the space and cannot wait to return! We will be settled within the main hall, with a small wait in the with high ceilings, fairy lights, candles and Christmas spirit.

During this session you will be guided to rest, wrapped in your cosy layers, releasing the tight grip of tension and stress. Come and pause life for a while as we step away from the busy pace around the Christmas period. Settle into relaxation with a guided meditation, mindful breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system, lie down to immerse yourself in a dreamy soundscape where your body fully relaxes and your mind finds peace.

Throughout the sound bath, participants will lie down for the entire duration, allowing the brain to transition through states of rest and sleep. Experience the sounds as they flow around the room, with gentle hints of essential oils in the air. This is a relaxation session where you can give yourself permission to rest, come and let everything relax and release. You will be guided with sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, rainstick and many other wonderful instruments.

Sunday 14th December

Two sessions are available:
5.30-6.45pm
7.15-8.30pm
£30 per person.

The space will be adorned with candles and fairy lights, creating a nourishing cocoon for your practice. Come unwind, enjoy something unique, and connect with your body and heart like never before.

If you’re attending, please make sure you bring:
A yoga mat/camping mat or something comfortable to lie on.
Thick blankets; sleeping bags are ideal!
Pillows.
Cozy warm clothes.
A restful heart and open mind.

As this is a historical building it has a stone floor, please bring appropriate things to support yourself on and suitable comfortable clothing and blankets that will keep you warm.

Slowing down, is necessary. As I tick off the to do list this morning I feel really fulfilled, motivated and grateful that this year I’ve slowly stripped back and amended my schedule to suit my values and capacity. I’ve allowed this season to teach me to let go in order to evolve and fill the space with something new, and honesty, I can’t quite believe how the new space has been filled with things even more potent and special. I’m working on my calendar for next year and I’m already up to June! December is almost upon us and I’ve taken care to do very little towards the end of the year, we have got events and gatherings booked in for us, as a family and I’m so excited to embrace things that fill us up. Slowing down helps us to create more space, how do you feel like you are implementing more space? ☁️❄️🍂

Being in the process of opening is a slow practice, that opening physically and mentally isn’t something that can be forced, it’s something that needs to be held, supported and made to feel safe.

Alongside the opening we have to acknowledge and accept the moments where we close, where we retract, where the edges and barriers go up. Maybe we need to close in order to open.

As late autumn and winter begin to move closer we will feel this intuitive need to hibernate, it’s a time within the year where everything fades away from vibrancy within nature to move inwards for introspection and inner strength. We can do the same.

Pausing life and slowing down helps you to create more space. Can you feel the nudge?

What happens when we gather? When we sit with our own hearts? When we connect to others without words? Yesterday I shared another beautiful Self Care Sunday workshop, a coming together of women where we took time to rest within ourselves, to move our bodies, to learn, to laugh and to rest. I absolutely love sharing these sessions and they’ll be moving to their new home at in January! Each month is themed with the season in mind and you can enjoy varied wellbeing, self care, holistic modalities with yoga as its beautiful foundation!

This months alter was created with the beautiful foraged herbs and foliage from my beautiful Zoe .presents event the previous night, where we gathered and created smudge sticks, sang, ate cakes and enjoyed learning about resins, flowers and natures therapy! I absolutely love that I’ve taken her alter pieces home to create my own, this truly helps us connect to sharing, sustainability and celebration of collective intention and energy. Thank you babe!

My gorgeous large desert rose crystal is from the every wonderful you must pay her a visit if you’re a crystal lover!

I wanted to extend a huge thank you to all of the lovely souls that have joined me within the self care sessions over the past few years. It’s been a blessing to grow this offering and I hope to see you within its new space, here we have cosy vibes, bolsters and mats provided and a gorgeous cafe and artisan shops on site, so your self care Sunday, really could be a whole day event! Huge loves. 🩷🙌🍂

Victoria’s Story

A teacher with an endless flare for curiosity.

Victoria has a love for nature, adventure, creativity and is all about inspiring play!

Victoria offers a spirited exploration into the movement of the body and the power of the mind. Classes offer a deep physical practice to help individuals build strength, flexibility and allow for full body conditioning. Delving into philosophy enables students to understand the depth of the ta***ic yoga system, why we do what we do in classes and taking the practice home to use in daily life.

Playful and challenging flows are introduced within each session, allowing the body to adapt, change and evolve. If we don't explore those edges beyond our comfort zones what will we learn about ourselves and others? We learn to enjoy our own company, we soften into the sensations the body creates, we take time to listen to our thoughts.
