Join the heartmade community of Wildlove yoga celebrating self care with movement & sound bathing. Victoria is a teacher fueled by an insatiable curiosity. With a passion for nature, adventure, and creativity, she inspires playful exploration and intuitive guidance within her offerings. Her classes provide a journey into body movement and mental empowerment, focusing on building strength, flexibility, mental clarity and connection. By exploring philosophies of yoga and Eastern wellbeing modalities, students gain insight into the practice and learn to integrate it into their daily lives. Each session encourages personal growth with physical movement, breathing practices & meditation, fostering self-discovery and mindfulness. With a weekly intention, participants deepen their understanding of their bodies, whether through chakra work, TCM, alignment, the seasons, emotional release, or a playful session inspired by her unique playlists. Victoria's classes, suitable for all levels aged 16 and up, incorporate elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Tantra, Yin, Pilates, Meditation, Facial Reflexology, Sound Healing and more, promoting resilience in both body and mind. She offers adaptations and modifications, ensuring a supportive environment where students can honor their unique practice and connect with their inner selves and the world around them. February events 🌱

I know we’re not there yet but I’m sharing so you have time to book if you would like to join me for one of my immersions next month! February we begin to embrace the glimmers of light and life within nature, a gentle emergence from our winter slumber. I have such gorgeous themes and intentions to share with you and amazing collaborations with my absolute fave people. My partner & I are sharing our partner yoga & massage workshop (which sold out within days, don’t worry we have another in April!). The most gorgeous plant spirit journey with my love which is going to be absolutely incredible, new soundscapes and weaving voices with the medicine of the land, a very special evening with Silver birch. This is filling quickly! And last but not least another beautiful collaboration with the darling Lottie from we are coming together to offer a sound bath session with reiki healing, crystals and the intention of rebalancing and reconnecting to our hearts and minds. 🍃

I feel so blessed to share so many gorgeous offerings through the year and it’s only going to keep getting better and better!

I’ll be sending out updates with regards to a few mini time changes to honour the space and integration time for practices, if you’re booking you’ll receive and email the beginning of Feb.

When we step into the role of a facilitator, we are making a silent promise to hold a safe, honest, and high-integrity container for those who trust us with their personal growth. But lately, that container is being cracked by a lack of depth.

For a long time I’ve see the copying of content, but most recently I’ve experienced it word for word after sharing guidance my own mouth, the disrespecting of territories, and the gatekeeping of students as if they were property to be owned. The lack of integrity and respect for other teachers, facilitators receiving praise and actually blocking those who shared and supported them. I see the recording of words and the filming of students in their most vulnerable moments, all for the sake of an image. It breaks my heart because it bypasses the very thing we are here to do, serve the soul.

If we are just echoes of someone else, we aren’t leading, we are performing. When a teacher steals a transmission or records a space without permission, (witnessed last month) they aren’t just disrespecting the teacher, they are cheating the students out of an authentic experience. If you are using AI to create a post for you without your own emotion or experience you are literally diluting any form of authenticity for your own work.

True service requires us to do our own work, to find our own voice, and to respect the lineages that came before us.

You deserve a teacher who is raw and honest enough to call out the bu****it, because that’s the only way to keep the space pure. You deserve a guide who sees you as a sovereign being, not a follower to be controlled.

Let’s get back to the heart of this. Let’s look for the truth, the depth, and the integrity that this work demands. When we lead with real honesty, we don’t need to take from anyone else, we have everything we need right here.

I’m feeling so many things right now and needed to voice this, we are all navigating being human but searching for your own truth is what yoga is teaching us. Drift away and shut off the noise of the big wide world. Find who you are, your truth, your authenticity.

🌿 SELF CARE SUNDAYS - The Fold 🌿

I am so excited to be sharing my Self Care Sunday sessions within their new home at The Fold this year! Launching on Sunday 25th January I'll be opening these wonderful sessions with my Winter Pause practice. With so many opportunities to share my offerings, weaving things together has been a beautiful chance to create a unique workshop. Im trained in so many different styles, modalities and have so many things I want to share with you, Self Care Sunday is a beautiful place to bring these things all together.

Self Care Sunday is a dedicated space designed to bring you back home to yourself. It is a beautiful opportunity to harmonize your body and mind, allowing yourself the time and grace to simply be.

Hosted within the gorgeous Cart House venue at The Fold, these sessions offer a peaceful sanctuary. Here, you are invited to step into the space, filled with timber beams, the soft glow of fairy lights, and an inviting warmth. It is the perfect environment to soften, breathe, and find your center.

🌿 Thoughtful themes:

Our time together is a carefully curated journey, with seasonal themes as the main foundation of each session I bring together many different facets from the wellness world that help rebalance your physical and emotional energies. As the seasons change you'll find yourself moving through transitions too, I love to share about this exploration of fine tuning, helping us to take note that the external world, the weather, the seasons, stress, environment, relationships all play a big role in how we are feeling and navigating life.

🌿 Session structure:

Movement: We enjoy an inclusive freeform yoga practice, depending on the season this will be Yin, or Yang (stillness or dynamic flow). These movements are all designed to create a sense of space within the body, moving your own way, at your own pace.

Wellbeing & Breathwork: You will explore different breathing techniques throughout the year and self-care rituals, wonderful tools to help you maintain a sense of calm and balance in your daily life.

Intuitive Connection: We incorporate oracle cards and reflective wellbeing practices to help you tap into your inner wisdom and find clarity.

Seasonal Harmony: Our sessions are themed to align with the natural world, helping you stay connected to the beautiful rhythms of each season.

Guided Rest: As we close our session you lay down comfortably, with heavy hands on shoulders, essential oils or guided relaxation with sound healing instruments, each closing offers the perfect integration back into your day.

🌿 What to bring:
To help you settle into the space you're invited to bring along a few things!

+ An altar offering, bring along something special to put on our alter or keep close during your practice, this could be a photo, a gemstone, a token gift. These help us to set intentions or give our energy and love to others that made need it.

+ A yoga mat, mats are provided in the space if you don't have one.

+ A blanket, perfect for staying warm during our guided relaxation.

+ Supportive cushions or your bolster. Pillows or yoga bolsters can help you feel fully supported in our Yin style practices.

+ Suitable clothing for the season. Wrap up in warm layers in winter and loose comfortable clothing for warmer days.

+ Water or a flask of tea, to stay hydrated during your session.

🌿 How to join a practice:
Spaces for these intimate gatherings are limited to ensure everyone receives personal support and room to breathe. Booking is essential via the workshops page. If you have any questions or worries always feel free to contact me before hand and i'll do my best to support you.

Upcoming Sound Baths - Wyre Forest 🌳

Sound bathing in the forest is just so beautiful, I feel blessed to call the space my home where I share my offerings. Next month the times slip back to a later time, where the forest falls into the energy of sunset, becoming the perfect backdrop to hear the birds, watch the changing light and quietly sit within the energy of Mother Earth.

Times start at 6.00pm but I’m going to make a slight change between workshops so participants have time to integrate after sessions, so if you’re booked keep an eye out for this small change!

Victoria’s Story

A teacher with an endless flare for curiosity.

​Victoria has a love for nature, adventure, creativity and is all about inspiring play!

Victoria offers a spirited exploration into the movement of the body and the power of the mind. Classes offer a deep physical practice to help individuals build strength, flexibility and allow for full body conditioning. Delving into philosophy enables students to understand the depth of the ta***ic yoga system, why we do what we do in classes and taking the practice home to use in daily life.

Playful and challenging flows are introduced within each session, allowing the body to adapt, change and evolve. If we don't explore those edges beyond our comfort zones what will we learn about ourselves and others? We learn to enjoy our own company, we soften into the sensations the body creates, we take time to listen to our thoughts.
