I have just returned from beautiful Spain where me & Debbie of Omkari Yoga shared the most wonderful yoga retreat with beautiful people, surroundings & food!

It's been a busy love, family filled festive season!
Which has got me reflecting on all the magic that gatherings offer ✨️
