They surprised two of our colleagues, with Flowers, chocolate and vouchers. 💙💜

We are all so proud of Sam, who has become a brilliant support worker after changing her career to social care.

The National Care Group Awards celebrate and honour our exceptional colleagues and teams with accolades for their hard work and performance to National Care Group's values.

Our judges were looking for those who have really brought to life our values of Passion, Empowerment, Respect, and Collaboration in their everyday work.

We want to celebrate those making great things happen at National Care Group, which the whole team at Endurance Care Worcestershire, most certainly are 🤩

From a self-confessed technophobe to now thriving with new digital skills! ✨

In less than a year, she has progressed from having no computer skills to now confidently and independently using a variety of new digital processes and systems. There's no stopping her now! 🙌

One year ago Izzy moved into her new home, to be supported by our wonderful team 🩵💜

Izzy said "I have been out of hospital one whole year. I would just like to say how proud I am of how far I’ve come. I’ve met so many good people (including my support workers) I have done so many nice and joyful things, and met up with family members and done some positive things. I have to say, being out of hospital is much better"

Well Izzy, we are so proud of you too, well done you, keep focusing on your goals and dreams 💜🩵
