Our registered manager has been out and about spreading some festive magic ✨🎄🎅

Giving out selection boxes, pens and Christmas hugs and thank yous 🤩

Kelly just wanted to thank all our wonderful colleagues for their hard work and dedication to their roles across all our lovely services. Their hard work does not go unnoticed and we all appreciate everything they all do day in day out 🩵💜

It's the most wonderful time of the year 🎅🎄🤩🎉

We invited all the people we support and our colleagues to a Christmas meal. Around 40 of us got together yesterday for some festive fun 🎄🎅🎉🤩🎵

We enjoyed a 3 course Christmas meal, bingo and some festive entertainment!

Thank you to everyone who came it really was a lovely afternoon and everyone had fun 🤩💜🩵

Favor house Christmas party was in full swing today 🥳

They were joined by Karen Lewis our chief operations officer and Kelly Smith our Registered manager along with people we support and colleagues from across many of our services in Kidderminster. 🩵💜

Everyone had lots of festive fun and enjoyed a karaoke and some lovely food and cakes 🎅🎄💕

The National Care Group Awards celebrate and honour our exceptional colleagues and teams with accolades for their hard work and performance to National Care Group's values.

Our judges were looking for those who have really brought to life our values of Passion, Empowerment, Respect, and Collaboration in their everyday work.

We want to celebrate those making great things happen at National Care Group, which the whole team at Endurance Care Worcestershire, most certainly are 🤩
