Do you wish your suppliers knew more about your products and services, how you work and what your pinch points are? As a supplier of healthcare solutions, we believe our Key Account Managers are only able to provide a high standard of customer service if they understand the challenges facing our customers. From how our customers deliver care to their patients through to an understanding of the functional nature of individual medical devices, our KAMs receive regular training which enable them to see our services from our customers perspective.

This week, our KAMS are receiving endoscopy and dental equipment repair training. Undertaken by our resident experts Lewis Cox (endoscopy) and Dave Eveleigh (dental), sessions include common faults and their possible causes, the importance of regular maintenance and industry equipment developments.

As part of Fresenius Health Services Avensys is one of a group of companies delivering healthcare solutions across Europe. This week Avensys staff travelled to meet our endoscopy partners in Germany. Avensys manage the repair of endoscopes from hospitals across Europe, a process which requires close integration of international team members as well as a thorough understanding of the processes and requirements of our partners at Temamed and HERMED.

As the success and scale of this undertaking continues to grow, a meeting of business representatives was arranged (Teams is good – face to face is best!) to strengthen relationships and develop the forward-looking strategy. A big thanks to Temamed for hosting in their new offices – next time at Avensys…?!!
