Sports massage:

A specialised massage, aimed at preparing the body for a sporting event or aiding recovery afterwards. Sports massage can also be used on specific area of tightness or soft tissue injuries.
It is also fantastic for increasing flexibility, increased range of movement, DOMS, pain relief, releasing toxins & lactic acid, improves performance, prevents injury, sports massage can also help with anxiety, depression promoting general well being & relaxation.

Deep tissue massage: This method works deeply into the tissues, manipulating tight muscles releases toxins & lactic acid, releases spasm, tightness and congestion which can cause pain! Excellent for stiff necks and backs, deep tissue release will leave the body feeling flushed and refreshed.

Therapeutic manipulation massage of soft tissue has positive effects on the circulatory and immune systems, stimulates the lymphatic system eliminating toxins, the nervous system alleviating stress, and the respiratory system is reinforced, as deep breathing is encouraged. It provides a de-stressing programme for the whole body. Massage can uplift your spirits, renew your energy, relax and calm frayed nerves, release tight muscles, reduce stress and tension.
