Yeah I know he’s leaner than me! 😂

Okay so this is about as high body fat I let myself get to due to health, performance and aesthetics reasons.

A lot of people make excuses for eating far too much junk and getting far too high body fat. If eating lots of junk food is your idea of happiness I’d suggest finding other things that make you happy and more fulfilling for your brain, body and heart.

Either way aim to be your best! 💪🏽 🚀

When I started physique coaching over 10 years ago I could never have dreamed of the amount of success story’s I’ve been a part of.

Story’s like Mark’s motivate me to keep doing what I do!

I started the journey of helping people level up their physiques with a lot of passion and that passion has grown continually every year.

Here’s Mark, from no confidence and an array of health issues to being exceptionally confident and having zero health issues

Marks words below:

‘On the left my moms 60th birthday party and on the right my moms 66th birthday party

I remember that t shirt and the feeling of always wearing it as it was always the only thing I felt semi comfortable in, always sitting with my arms folded to hide my stomach and moobs.

I remember being sat just like that in a bar in Ibiza the following year and thinking enough is enough, I unfolded my arms and with the goal of being able to wear a vest and feel confident I got my phone out and messaged Jeff 📲

After the blip of ‘the virus’ I started just over 3 years ago with Jeff’s guidance on nutrition and training with the goal of feeling good in a vest. That goal is now in the bag, just try getting me out of one now 😂’

I hope Mark’s success story inspires many to take the steps to becoming a more confident and healthier person 💪🏽

A very nice pre holiday tidy up phase with client .robbie Just over 8lbs down in 7 weeks whilst improving muscle mass in the process 💪🏽 🚀

We could have taken scale weight down more but that could have possibly meant losing muscle which then would have been detrimental to Jen’s lovely shape which we certainly wanted to keep 🤌🏽

Whilst working with Jen I have coached her on her nutrition, training and supplementation which has helped her progress weekly 📈

One struggle many women have when trying to get in shape is knowing which foods to eat and how much. Nutrition is one thing I very much enjoy guiding a client on as I find that’s the best way to get best results.

I say this because often just me guiding a client on training isn’t enough for them to get the results they want. How a client eats in terms of the quality and quantity of food has a direct impact on their training performance, recovery, muscle growth and fat loss goals.

Going forwards Jen and I will continue to progress her physique tweaking training, nutrition and supplementation to maximise results. Jen is already in a fantastic spot but like myself Jen always likes to keep pushing the boundaries of physical performance and physical aesthetics.

One other thing to mention, Jen is 46 years old! I think for 46 Jen looks absolutely incredible! Living the healthy lifestyle Jen does is a fantastic way to keep looking and feeling young 💪🏽 🚀

A very special client appreciation post!

For the past few months I’ve been working with 18 year old Poppy 💪🏽

Now Poppy has been through some hard times with eating disorders, so when Poppy came to me I knew I had to be on my A game and ensure with everything went smoothly.

Honestly I don’t think things could have gone any better.

Whilst working with Poppy I developed a nutrition plan with her that has helped her take out the stress of overthinking and overanalysing food choices. Poppy at times prior to working with me had lost trust in her relationship with food, so with my guidance her relationship with food has been built back up. I have also helped her realise food is not the enemy and it’s there to help nourish her body and help fuel her performance and recovery with training.

One thing that I do with all clients is aim to keep gut inflammation and bloating to a minimum, this helps with positive body image and is one thing Poppy has pointed out that has helped her whilst working with myself.

Poppy is now in a fantastic position and I know she will continue to grow her positive body image and continue to elevate her physique 💪🏽 🚀

Last night I had the pleasure of spending time with my grandfather that is 97 years old.

I haven’t read many books in years time but if my grandfather wrote his life story it’s a book I would read and cherish for a lifetime.

I’ve known Charlotte since my mid teens, she’s always been a grafter and the photo’s from this photoshoot clearly shows her work ethic juggling her training with a busy job and her own business. At Charlotte’s heaviest she was 224lbs (16 stone) she was 132lbs for this shoot and looks phenomenal! 💪🏽 🚀

One thing many people don’t have a lot of is time so when it comes to following a plan to get in shape they need peace of mind that it’s going to work. With each client and of course Charlotte I ensure that peace of mind is there so the client can be on auto knowing they will keep progressing each week as long as they follow the plan

Charlotte is currently on her travels which she loves and is looking fantastic! 😍

Client .p3o_o we made a bodybuilder! 💪🏽 🚀

Just over a year ago Cody and myself started working together, it’s absolutely flew by! 💨

We just keep doing our thing moving forwards each week smooth progress, that’s how it should be when the right plan is in place 📈

Cody is now week 4 into a muscle growth phase as he wants to grow more muscle to bring his best if he decides to compete 🏆
