A very nice pre holiday tidy up phase with client .robbie Just over 8lbs down in 7 weeks whilst improving muscle mass in the process 💪🏽 🚀
We could have taken scale weight down more but that could have possibly meant losing muscle which then would have been detrimental to Jen’s lovely shape which we certainly wanted to keep 🤌🏽
Whilst working with Jen I have coached her on her nutrition, training and supplementation which has helped her progress weekly 📈
One struggle many women have when trying to get in shape is knowing which foods to eat and how much. Nutrition is one thing I very much enjoy guiding a client on as I find that’s the best way to get best results.
I say this because often just me guiding a client on training isn’t enough for them to get the results they want. How a client eats in terms of the quality and quantity of food has a direct impact on their training performance, recovery, muscle growth and fat loss goals.
Going forwards Jen and I will continue to progress her physique tweaking training, nutrition and supplementation to maximise results. Jen is already in a fantastic spot but like myself Jen always likes to keep pushing the boundaries of physical performance and physical aesthetics.
One other thing to mention, Jen is 46 years old! I think for 46 Jen looks absolutely incredible! Living the healthy lifestyle Jen does is a fantastic way to keep looking and feeling young 💪🏽 🚀
