The pictures below show the real result of carrying your bag on one shoulder. Notice how the right shoulder has visibly dropped under the weight of the bag. 👜💼

✅Using a bag with a long strap and wearing this across the body to distribute the weight more evenly is much healthier for your posture. As you can see from the picture - the shoulders are more in line with each other.✅

Using a bag on one side continuously can cause neck tension, upper back pain and shoulder problems.

Is your holiday just around the corner? Don't let back pain get in the way of having a good time!

☀️Don't stay seated for too long on your journey, moving around every 20 minutes on the plane can work wonders. If you have a long car journey, take regular breaks to move around when you can

☀️When sitting down on the plane put your behind right to the back of the seat so you’re completely upright

☀️Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated both during your journey and everyday on your holiday. Staying hydrated helps your muscles to relax properly and prevents spasms, reduces fatigue and risk of cramps

☀️Sun loungers are notorious for offering very limited support to your back and neck, so its important to move and change positions regularly. This can stop Muscles from stiffening and increase your circulation

☀️Take a stroll a day preferably wearing trainers or supportive footwear instead of flip flops. Walking activates the lower back, the core and glutes which support your spine and improve your overall posture
