Valentines Day - Couples

Huge congratulations to all the couples who showed up to Pilates this Valentine’s Day ❤️

You swapped the usual dinner plans for deep core work, shaky legs, and a whole lot of laughs, it was an absolute hit.

Every couple brought the energy.
Every reformer was working
in Kidderminster was full of smiles (and a few surprised faces at how challenging it really is 👀).

We love seeing partners train together — supporting, encouraging, and occasionally competing just a little. Strength, connection, and shared experience?

That’s our kind of Valentine’s date.

Jayne is the original powerhouse 💪👏 with years worth of teaching experience, knowledge and expertise she has so much to offer.

Camilla & Jayne have known each other for over 30 years and have worked together for the last 8. Jayne runs a successful dance school alongside her teaching at the studios as well as co-running .uk with Camilla.

We are so grateful to have Jayne on our team. Highly recommend you try one of her classes 😍💪❤️

Looking for somebody to teach a Vinyasa Flow class on Tuesday evenings 6pm till 6.55pm for a maternity cover. Looking to start in early March for a well established class of wonderful people. Meet Eve ❤️

Eve and Camilla have been working together for years in various settings and when Camilla opened the studio she knew she wanted Eve to work with her. Eve is a trained professional dancer who has had her own journey with Pilates over the years to assist her with overcoming injuries and general maintenance to support her dance training.

Eve is qualified in both Mat & Reformer as well as a qualified dance teacher and we are so grateful to have her at the studios sharing her knowledge.

Eve is here on multiple days teaching Mat & Reformer so be sure to book into one of her classes ❤️

If you’re in your late 30’s/40’s you may be experiencing shifts in your hormones which may mean you’re beginning or in throes of your perimenopause journey.

Hello 👋 to all my new followers, I’m Camilla the founder of the wellness studios - the main aim of creating this space is to really bring people together of all ages and abilities, to not only provide great workouts but help them unlock their full physical, mental & social wellbeing. Getting Back to Good Fitness Habits After Christmas ✨

The festive season is joyful… and it can also knock routines off track. If you’re easing back into movement, here are simple, realistic tips to help you rebuild healthy habits:

1️⃣ Start small & stack habits
Short sessions count. Commit to 10–15 minutes of movement and build from there.

2️⃣ Set realistic goals
Choose goals that feel achievable right now: 2 classes a week, a daily walk, or gentle stretching before bed.

3️⃣ Book your classes in advance
Scheduling your Pilates, yoga or reformer sessions makes them feel non-negotiable - like any other important appointment.

4️⃣ Hydrate & nourish
A hydrated, well-fuelled body moves better. Aim for water first thing and balanced meals to support your energy.

5️⃣ Find community support
Being surrounded by people with shared goals makes all the difference. Join us at The Wellness Studios - your January reset starts with a supportive space.
