Cheeky but of gum grafting today

In order to ensure your dental implant is as secure for the long term as possible, we will occasionally provide a gum graft around the implant.

Ngl its not the most pleasant of experiences but the long term outcome looks and feels great!

Simple clear aligner case completed a few months ago but got lost in the drafts 🙈
12 months aligner treatment.
Went with fixed retainers in this case but the main retainer is always the clear removable retainer!
