This week, here at Lincroft Meadow, we marked Sign Language Week with a visit from the lovely Suzi from Oxfordshire BSL.

Suzi talked to residents about British Sign Language and taught the group a selection of useful signs such as 'tea', 'coffee', and 'biscuit'. She also showed the group how to sign the words to one of our favourite songs, 'You Are My Sunshine'.

Our wonderful resident Barbara is pictured here with Suzi, learning the sign for 'dog', as it's her favourite animal. 🐶

Recently, our local PCSO Ian dropped in to visit us here at Lincroft Meadow for a cup of coffee and a chat.

Ian is great at keeping in touch with our residents and regularly pops in to check on how we are doing. It is always interesting to get an update on what's happening in our local area, especially from his point of view!
