Vie Holistic Massage & Wellness provides massage therapy and Reiki treatments from a private and easily accessible studio on The Parade in Kidlington. Using natural, organic, sustainable and ethically sourced treatment products, it is my mission to help you relax and rebalance your body, mind and spirit. I will help you support your wellbeing, listen to your body’s subtle signals, understand its energy, release stress and tension leaving you feeling grounded, renewed and blissfully serene.

Thank you all for your birthday well wishes and messages.

This month's reads!

Those of you who know me well know I love a book (or 3), I also CAN NOT simply read just one book at a time, no matter how hard I try - much to my husbands annoyance. It's my guilty pleasure, a huge part of my make-up and also a huge joy of mine (mahoosive dopamine hit).

It's also absolutely fundamental to my practice and my offerings . Passing on experiences, wisdom and recommendations is something that women have done for millenia, so many of us miss out on this important knowledge transfer as close knit tribal based communities are not really part of our society anymore.

You can guarantee in your appointment that I'll recommend at least one book, quote a knowledgeable author or share an age-old hack passed down from my elders...keeping that wisdom flame and fireside sharing going albeit in a cosy candlelit studio!

That's right, Vie Holistic Massage is expanding.

I am looking for a self-employed and insured holistic therapist who offers exceptional therapies to complement what we already offer at Vie, someone who would like to hire the amazing space at Vie whilst I take on some exciting further study.

The space would suit an aromatherapist, reflexologist, sound healer, acupuncturist, homeopathic, hypnotherapist or herbalist.

Days available from the 20th May include Sundays and Mondays as well as a couple of evenings and 1-2 Saturdays a month.

If you are interested please message me directly. Competitive rates, utilities included, minimum of 4 days per month.

This loving and safe space and our healing therapies have so much to offer the local community of Kidlington and North Oxford, I want Vie to be the wellness sanctuary I know it has the potential to be and spread the magic of mind-body connection and Holistic modalities.

I'm so excited to share that I will be offering deep tissue massage from the 21st of April.

The is a very prescriptive massage tailored to your specific areas of tension, areas that require more targeted release. Think slow, very firm pressure but still with the relaxed Vie vibe.

Eeek, it's official. Vie Holistic Massage has been nominated for a Regional Muddy Stiletto award for Best Wellbeing Specialist.
