Happy New Year and thank you all for the support over the last year!

Reflecting back on the year I have had good one both work and play.

I’ve helped more patients get back on their feet, recover from injuries, and improve their quality of life by reducing pain and improving mobility.

Play wise I’ve completed 10 years of running greater than 3 miles everyday and celebrated this by doing 10 races. Including Mow Cop Runners hill race, High Peak 40 Mile Challenge and Escape From Meridan (100km).

These races have ignited my desire to return to racing so next year I have signed up for the Haworth Hobble, Fellsman and Transylvania 100 and I’ll be returning for proper go at Escaping from Meriden!

Looking forward Good luck to John and Jodie Collis-Williams who have invested a lot of time and effort on their new project Strong at Ground Zero Fitness Kidsgrove which opens on 1/1/

I’m excited to being back at work on the 2nd January 2026 and welcoming in the new year and all the challenges it may bring.

Hi guys I’m doing Escape from Meriden staring at midnight tonight in Coventry. The idea is who can get the furthest away from the start in 24 or 48 hours.
My route should take me though Kidsgrove at about 11am.
