Nasolabial folds !

With this area, the folds will never completely disappear, however they can be ‘softened’. When placed strategically this treatment can really work well…

However overfilling this area can create a ‘pillow face’ and heaviness to the jowls over time.

My client had previously had 4ml approximately 4 years ago by a different practitioner…

Over time the filler has migrated into the wet/dry border, however not migrated like we typically see above the top lip creating what we typically call ‘the duck lips’

She sent me the last photo after noticing it had dropped down further, massively affecting her self confidence as she was unable to smile 😔

Today we finally did it 🙌 I have fully dissolved her lips and although swelling is present by a few days this will go down and in a few weeks time

We might add a small ammount of dermal filler again for hydration 💧 as when the lips have been filled for so long they can appear ‘wrinkly and dehydrated’.

I will update in due course with how they look in a few days 🥰
