🌞May is Melanoma Awareness Month🌞

Did you know that melanoma is one of the most serious forms of skin cancer?

But don't worry, early detection and prevention can make a huge difference. Here are some simple yet effective tips to protect yourself and your loved ones 👇

✅Use a sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30 and at least 4-star UVA protection. Reapply it regularly.

✅Try to avoid direct sun exposure during the hottest part of the day- 11am and to 3pm when UV rays are strongest.

✅Wear protective clothing. Long sleeves, hats, and sunglasses can be your best friends in the sun.

✅Check your skin regularly. Keep an eye out for new or changing moles and spots. Early detection is key.
