Hormonal changes don’t just affect your mood or energy, they have a significant impact on your skin too. And often, the first signs can be subtle but frustrating.

✨Exfoliate gently 1–2x a week to remove dry, dull skin.
✨Wear sunscreen daily, yes, even in winter!
✨Apply Hyaluronic Acid serum and drink water to stay hydrated.
✨Use a richer moisturiser to protect the skin barrier.

DONT’S 👇🏼
✨Avoid long, hot showers, they strip natural oils.
✨Avoid harsh scrubs that irritate winter-sensitive skin.
✨Avoid skipping SPF just because it’s cold or cloudy.
✨Avoid fragranced or drying products if skin feels tight.
