Recognising the positive impact that being outdoors and wild swimming has had on my own wellbeing, I have combined this with meditation, hypnosis and reiki to offer a range of holistic support to help you lead a happier, calmer and more balanced life. Price list:
Meditation (currently only providing one to one sessions online or outdoors) - £30 for an hour long session. Guided outdoor swim session - £30 for an hour long session
Guided outdoor swim including meditation / relaxation session prior to swim - £60
Hypnotherapy - £65 per session, including initial consultation
Reiki - £30 per session
Regression - £90 per session (sessions can last up to three hours)

Our Story

I am an Advanced Hypnotherapist, Regression therapist, and Reiki Master based in Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire. I also offer meditation (group sessions and one to one), Tarot reading and massage.

Sessions can support with: • relaxation; • fears and phobias (for example, fear of flying); • confidence building; • sporting performance; • stress management (including exam stress); and • body image and weight management. I also provide training in Reiki from Level 1 to Usui Reiki Master Level.
