Some of our activities from this week so far have included Cheese & wine tasting, games, keep fit, meditation and our monthly themed day, which was Mexico this month! We started with a Mexican Quiz then had a party in the afternoon and with enchiladas on the menu it went down very well 🇲🇽

We are holding another Dog show here at Kilburn Care Home on Thursday 18th september at 2PM as our residents loved the last one we did.

If you would like to join us and register your dog to enter please speak to me (Georgia) to get your dog registered 🐾

We hope you can make it and join in some doggy fun 🐕

We have been having fun over the last couple of weeks. Here's a few snapshots of some of the activities we have been up too.. from flower arranging, fruit tasting to keep us healthy, jigsaws, relaxation sessions with calming music and massages, a picnic and games.

Our monthly resident & relative meetings are now up to the end of the year. If family or friends of our residents would like to join us for tea, coffee and cake🍰☕️ your views are important to us.

We have been partying this afternoon. Great entertainment by Kevin & Marie 🎤, cakes made by grace which went down an absolute treat😋🍰 and a couple of games. Well done to our winner Andrea who came closest & has won the sweet jar 🍬

Today we had an American themed day! We listened to country & western music that we had a sing a long too and Everyone really enjoyed the American themed menu 🇺🇲 We can't wait for next month's themed day! 🇲🇽

A ladies pamper session, gentlemens club and gardening has been on part of our activity schedule this week which we have enjoyed.

So far this week on our activity schedule we have been making pizza 🍕 , we have been painting 🎨 we have been for walks out 🚶‍♂️and this afternoon we enjoyed a picnic in the garden with games afterwards which was enjoyed by all who participated.

This morning at Kilburn Care Home we have been enjoying flower arranging, they made beautiful bouquets out of the flowers 💐 this afternoon we have enjoyed a cheese & wine afternoon whilst we played dominoes & had a little sing to the 60's hits we were listening too 🎶

We had fun getting our brains engaged in word wheels this morning whilst we listened to some quiet calming music. We had lots of laughs along the way too🥰
