- Tilt your head back with ears submerged
- Relax and try to breathe normally
- Move your hands and legs to help you stay afloat
- It’s ok if your legs sink, we all float differently

“I will wait” is one of the most powerful safety habits you can teach your child around water. It’s as simple as telling them to wait for Mommy before crossing the street, or to keep a hand on the car until everyone’s out of the van. Boundaries like these aren’t complicated—but they are life-saving.

In the pool world, we sometimes see scary videos where a child runs straight into the water and is thankfully pulled out by a quick-acting adult or security guard. But what if that child had already learned one rule:
“I will wait.”

1-2-1 swimming lessons

we will be offering 1-2-1 swimming lessons during our swimming teacher break starting 22nd July until 24th July 2025

we will be starting lessons between 11am-2pm
each lesson is 30 minutes long and for the full intensive block its £75 for all three days of lessons

give your child a chance to increase their swimming ability maybe even move up from what their ripple or wave and gain more confidence in the pool

please inform bar staff for more information
