Fresh from the garden to the oven… 😍

There’s truly nothing better than the comforting taste of homemade apple tarts, especially when they’re made with apples handpicked from our very own garden! 🍎

We spent a lovely afternoon baking these delicious treats, and of course, we enjoyed them warm with a scoop of ice cream on top. Perfect! 🤤🍦

We embraced the spirit of Wimbledon with a competitive game of balloon tennis, cheering on our favourites while watching the match. 🏓

Of course, no Wimbledon celebration would be complete without the classic treat, fresh strawberries and cream, which went down an absolute treat! 🍓🤍

The rain didn’t stop us having a Friday treat! 🤭

Yesterday we brought the fun indoors and treated our lovely residents to a sweet surprise… a visit from Mauds Kilkeel! 🍦

Their pop-up ice cream parlour had everyone smiling from ear to ear as we tucked into delicious scoops of our favourite flavours. From classic vanilla to mint choc chip, there was something for everyone to enjoy. 😋

A big thank you to Mad Hatter Mauds for brightening our day. 💛

Around the world in one lunch! 🌍🍴

Yesterday our home was filled with the sights, smells, and flavours of the Philippines, Lithuania, India, and Ireland. Our residents, families, and friends came together to enjoy a delicious tasting lunch and share stories over food from around the world. ✈️

A wonderful way to celebrate culture, connection, and community. 💙
