06/04/2026
It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update from the Treatment Room at Mourne Back Clinic, and now that we’re well into 2026, it felt like the right time.
I’m not very active on social media these days, and I rarely share the wonderful feedback clients send or leave for me. Most of the time, our conversations stay exactly where they belong — private, confidential, and protected. My clients’ anonymity is something I will always honour.
But every so often, I’m reminded just how incredible this work is, and I feel compelled to express it.
More than nine years in, the human body still amazes me — how it moves, how it heals, and how it responds to touch. Whether through Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) or Massage, the body will always respond when given the chance.
I wish everyone could witness the transformation that happens in just one day in the Treatment Room. The softened expressions, the physical release, the sighs, the laughter, the tears. Every emotion is valid. Every release is one less burden carried out the door.
This is not simply a job.
It is a privilege — one I am grateful for every single day.
Of course, there are moments when the idea of a regular 9–5 sounds appealing: the ability to switch off, the lack of responsibility, but then I remember how much I love what I do.
I also recognise the importance of listening to my own body when it tells me (sometimes loudly!) that it’s time to rest, reset, and recharge.
So this is a heartfelt thank you.
To every person who has crossed my path.
To everyone who has trusted me with a part of their wellbeing journey.
Choosing you is the most important step you can take.
Choosing me as your therapist means you become my priority.
Even though I don’t post often, I’m always here when needed — and I trust that those who are meant to find me will do so, with or without social media.
If you’ve read this far, thank you.
And if you feel called to share your experience, or simply share this post, please do. You never know who might need to see it today.
I aim to try and post a little more regularly too 🫣
Much love,
Mourne Back Clinic
