We have been awarded money from the Black Santa Appeal! We would like to thank everyone at Belfast Cathedral and to anyone who donated to this wonderful fundraiser for their generosity - thank you! Every penny goes directly to supporting anyone in our local community needing support. One of our board members - Jim Graham, enjoyed a trip to the Cathedral on Sunday to collect our award 🎉

He did it!! Huge congratulations to Ryan who completed his first marathon yesterday and raised much needed funds for Bright Places Counselling Services. Every penny raised goes towards FREE counselling sessions for anyone who needs support. To date Ryan has raised over £1000 which is amazing!! I realise that how we feel doesn't fit into one of these four options on its own! But have you checked in on yourself lately? Sometimes negative feelings creep up on us and we don't notice until physical attributes begin - racing heart, sore heads, lack of sleep.
Check in on yourself and give your body what it needs, less screen time, more nutritional food, more movement, less of this or that? We all need to check in every now and again, on ourselves and others!
Let's check in, assess and change - making small changes can make a big difference to how we feel.
