One of the best decisions I ever made was investing in coaching.

Not because I couldn’t do things alone…
but because having guidance, accountability and the right environment changed everything for me.

A lot of people stay stuck for years trying to figure it all out themselves.

Sometimes you just need the right people around you 👊

25/05/2026

Comparison isn’t the problem.

Looking at someone’s results without looking at their habits is.

What are they consistently doing that you’re not?

Part 2 👌

Sometimes fat loss isn’t the first thing we need to fix.

If energy is on the floor, stress is through the roof, nutrition is all over the place and the gym feels intimidating, throwing somebody straight into a calorie deficit usually just ends in frustration.

Sometimes the biggest first win is simply:

* improving energy
* building routine
* feeling better mentally
* getting comfortable in the gym again

Then we build from there.

Also massive credit to this girl because when energy is low, most people avoid the gym altogether.

Ironically, they’re often the people who need the support, movement and lifestyle changes the most.

You can’t always see the full picture when you’re inside the frame yourself.

Sometimes it takes an outside perspective and the right guidance to simplify things and focus on what actually matters first.

Part 1 of 2.

Real conversations.
Real people.
Real coaching.

A lot more people feel like this than you think.

21/05/2026

We’ve massively overcomplicated fat loss.

At the core of it, there’s really only two levers:

1. How much energy you burn
2. How much energy you consume

That’s it.

But where people struggle is trying to force themselves into approaches that don’t actually fit their life.

You can hit a calorie target and still feel starving all day because you’re living off rubbish food with no structure, no protein and no understanding of how to actually eat in a way that keeps you full, energised and consistent.

Then people wonder why they rebound.

On top of that, everybody is different.

Different body sizes.
Different muscle mass.
Different stress levels.
Different routines.
Different relationships with food.
Different family situations.
Different levels of cooking ability.

So stop trying to copy what “worked” for somebody else on Facebook.

The best nutrition approach is the one you can actually sustain while still enjoying your life.

Fat loss shouldn’t feel like punishment.

If any of this feels confusing or overwhelming, just shoot me a message and I’ll happily point you in the right direction 👌

These are the kind of wins that actually change people’s lives.

Not because they’re flashy.
But because they come from consistency, structure and people finally starting to believe in themselves again.

Showing up when you’re tired.
Training around injuries instead of quitting.
Building confidence.
Getting stronger.
Improving nutrition.
Doing things you genuinely didn’t think you were capable of a few months ago.

That’s what happens when you stop trying to do it all alone and put yourself in the right environment 👊

And honestly, that’s the biggest thing…

At Hybrid, the goal isn’t perfection.
It’s building momentum week by week until the healthier choices, the training and the confidence start becoming normal.

Most people you see in these posts started off nervous, unsure, lacking structure, or thinking..
“I could never do that.”

Now look at them.

Real people.
Real progress.
Real support.

And there’s plenty more wins happening behind the scenes every single week 💙

If you’ve been thinking about getting started, this is your sign.

If your goal is to “tone up” or drop body fat then strength training isn’t a bonus… it’s a necessity.

A lot of people focus purely on getting the scales down but if you’re losing muscle mass along the way you’re making life much harder for yourself long term.

Muscle is metabolically active tissue. The more muscle mass you hold onto the more calories your body requires day to day. So if we lose too much muscle during fat loss it becomes easier to regain body fat later on.

That’s why strength training and eating enough protein is so important.

The goal isn’t just to lose weight for a few weeks.
It’s to improve your body composition while keeping you strong healthy and actually able to maintain the results.

This is also where proper coaching matters.

Most places would simply celebrate the scales going down and send you on your way. But when we noticed a slight drop in muscle mass between scans we looked deeper into nutrition protein intake and overall structure instead of just blindly cutting calories harder.

Fat loss should educate you and build habits you can actually sustain long term not leave you stuck in another rebound cycle a few months later 👊🏻

Starting the Higher Up Wellness 100 day challenge 👊🏻

Not because I’m scared to get on camera anymore, but because I know I’m capable of showing up more consistently with content.

After a call with earlier today, we both agreed this would probably be a good challenge for me.

I speak to people every day about consistency with training, nutrition, habits & self development, so it’s only right I keep challenging myself too.

And honestly, when was the last time you done 100 days consistently of something that actually mattered to you?

Could be:

* training
* walking daily
* meal prepping
* reading
* going to bed earlier
* drinking more water

Big changes usually come from the boring stuff done consistently, not random motivation spikes.

Day 1 🤝

Most people think results come from motivation.

They don’t.

They come from having the right environment, the right structure and people around you that keep you moving forward even on the weeks you can’t fully rely on motivation 👊

These wins might seem small to some people…
but this is exactly how long term progress is built.

Showing up when life is busy.
Getting stronger than you thought possible.
Learning how to eat better without feeling miserable.
Getting back into routine after injury.
Actually enjoying training again.

That’s what we focus on at Hybrid.

No extremes.
No stupid crash diets.
No feeling like you need to “get fit first” before starting.

Just real people improving week by week in a supportive environment where becoming healthier, fitter, and more confident becomes normal 🤝

And honestly… that’s why people stay.

If you’re sitting looking at these thinking:
“I wish I could get back into training”
or
“I need more structure and accountability”

Take this as your sign to stop overthinking it.

Imagine where you could be by the end of summer if you actually started now and just focused on improving a wee bit each week 📈

If you've been on the fence about making a start, send me a simple message asking for more info and il do the rest!

You’ve thought about starting more times than you’d like to admit.

You’ve even told yourself,
“Right, this is the week I get back at it.”

Then the doubts kick in…

“What if I don’t know what I’m doing?”
“What if everyone’s fitter than me?”
“What if I look stupid?”

So you leave it another week.
Then another.

Not because you don’t care…
But because walking into that environment feels uncomfortable as hell.

That’s exactly why we do things differently at Hybrid.

You don’t get left to figure it out.
You’re coached through everything
and you’re surrounded by people who started in the exact same place.

All you need to do is turn up.

If that’s been on your mind lately, just message me and we’ll have a quick chat.

No pressure, just see if it’s right for you 🤝
