Yoga classes this week in Killearn Village hall are on Wednesday at 9.30am and Friday morning at 9.15am.

There is a funeral taking place on Wednesday morning, so please be mindful of parking.

This also means we will be in the Garden room on the Wednesday morning, just for this week, so please message to book a space to make sure there is room for everyone.

Please also note that the B875 entering Killearn from Balfron will be closed during the day this week and next week, so allow extra time for travel.

All abilities are welcome and the classes are free for all carers that are registered with Stirling Carers.

Hi there, Just a quick update on yoga classes over the summer holidays.

Wednesday morning classes at 9.30am in the Village Hall will continue as normal, but the Friday morning classes will pause for the holiday period. I will post the re-start date for Friday's at a later date.

As always classes are free for anyone signed up to Stirling Carers Centre.

Enjoy your holidays, no matter how far or near they take you.
We are just back from a lovely few days exploring Glen Lyon and Bridge of Balgie, which I would definitely recommend.

We're working with the lower back, strengthening and bringing movement in to ease any back pain, with a guided relaxation at the end.

Classes are suitable for all levels, with a variety of options for different abilities.

Yoga in Killearn is just in the Village Hall on Wednesday morning at 9.30am this week.

There will be no village yoga on Friday morning as we are going back to Kinlochard Hall for a two hour yoga workshop, starting at 10am.

One space is still available (£20), so please email me if you would like to go. Bring a picnic and anything you need for a walk, or a swim in the loch, afterwards.
