This is me, waiting in the doctor’s office. It could also have been me, during the school meeting with my students, or me on a plane. The important bit is that THIS is what I do when I’m sitting wasting some time—-stretch my hips. Give it a go and see if it helps yours loosen up!

Living in my sweats for the holidays has been great, but my joints are a bit achey and I need to get back to my strengthening and stretch practice. My Gentle Yoga Flow class starts back tomorrow night 7-8 pm in Widecombe church rooms. Feel free to just drop in and try it out! It’s for ALL levels, and is a great way to start your week. Can’t come in person—I stream live via Zoom upon request!

Getting ready to go on summer break from group yoga classes…but that doesn’t mean you have to go without! I am still doing private sessions over zoom (so do them wherever your holidays take you!), AND will do a curated fitness or yoga set just for you! Can’t do it live?
