Highland Hustle is a Scottish dance inspired fitness class, incorporating a mix of highland and ceilidh dancing steps with fitness moves to upbeat music! The classes are suitable for everyone, from beginners who think they have 2 left feet to those are experienced dancers. Low impact or go for it with high intensity – your choice! Plus there’s some exercises for toning your wobbly bits too. Highland Hustle first came to Killin as part of the Killin Music Festival, I enjoyed it so much I decided to train as an instructor to allow everyone in Killin to enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits that Highland Hustle can bring.
