On Friday evening I hosted my first gathering. As it was the biggest moon of the year, I decided we would meditate, move (Yoga) & breathe followed by a shared meal, and a group chat about all of our Astrology Birth Charts. We discussed the common themes we all shared. It opened up conversations where we shared, supported & encouraged each other. We discussed our current full moon in Scorpio & how we can empower ourselves at this time. I’ve had really positive, encouraging feedback so I will host again at some point soon. Children’s Yoga brightens my day! Currently I’m teaching two P6 groups of girls, and they are an absolute joy to teach Yoga to! We are focussing on emotional awareness, recognising when we aren’t feeling good, breath techniques to reduce anxiety, meditation and of course Yoga Asana (movement). Like to know more?
