The Acute Effects of a Percussive Massage Treatment with a Hypervolt Device on Plantar Flexor Muscles’ Range of Motion and Performance (Konrad et al, 2020)

After a 5 minute session using a massage gun on the calf muscles, the subjects saw an increase in range of motion without any loss of muscle performance.
