Another great day for our annual It’s Mental winter football tournament. Thank you to everyone who turned up to play and support the teams for a great cause.

A special thank you to all the lads, young and old, who dusted off their football boots and played today. Once again yous have all made it a great and fun filled day. We had tons of laughs and some rare, but brilliant moments of football. We couldn’t do this without you.

Happy New Year and all the best for 2026. We look forward to seeing you all at our next event!

It’s the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes.

Men are three times more likely to take their own life than women.

Yet it’s rarely spoken of, a taboo that threatens to continue its deadly rampage unless we all stop and take notice, now.

Stop and talk to you’re mates, put you’re arm around someone’s shoulder and tell them we are in it together. See how important those kind words of support are to all those young boys in any sport really are. Encourage and congratulate the boys with love and support ❤️
