Meet Christopher 🎶

Christopher is our fabulous West of Scotland service user. He often pops into the office to play some music or have a sing-song with the team. He can play many different instruments and enjoys attending college, playing alongside other musicians in the community.

📸 Shelagh – North West Carer 10 years of dedication and still going! At 64, Shelagh continues to support housing visits and brings passion to her role every day. You’re an inspiration, Shelagh.

📸 Charlotte – our North West Carer Charlotte went above and beyond when a service user had a fall outside the dentist. She stepped in, ensured he was safe, helped him contact the hospital, and stayed by his side. Incredible work, Charlotte, thank you for your compassion and quick thinking.

On Friday our Lanarkshire service hosted a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. The team enjoyed some delicious baked goods and refreshments, and raised funds in the process.

Well done Sandra and Bankole! 🙌

We’re thrilled to celebrate two of our wonderful Lanarkshire Care Assistants whose dedication and compassion have truly made a difference.

Sandra consistently goes the extra mile for her clients, always receiving praise from those she supports. New staff members have shared how confident and reassured they feel when shadowing her, appreciating her deep understanding of each service user's routine, preferences, and needs.

Bankole has been an outstanding member of staff who has went above and beyond that last few weeks with new service users in the area. He has ensured that person centred care was given to each new client and followed up any medication changes or changes that we should be aware of. Families and staff members have said that he has been an outstanding member of staff during this time and has been providing an excellent quality of care. Families also stated he is well mannered and has a great personality and has made a difference to their loved ones care. Bankole is a staff member that always has a smile on his face and is always happy to help when needed!

Thank you both for embodying the values we strive for every day. Your impact is felt far and wide, and we’re so lucky to have you! 💜
