Clinic closed Mon-Thurs for our yearly trip to Brodick, chill and relax time (except the dog who's too nosey!)

A text I received from a young man with a winning attitude...he suffered from ongoing back and knee issues primarily due to poor advice and rehab. I got him on the right path and to believe in himself. He has went from strength to strength and this is where he's at now.

I've got runners running, lifters lifting, bowlers bowling, hyroxers hyroxing etc in the past, now I can add...

Brilliant review, thank you very much...

I can't fix everything but if you come to see me you will be guaranteed these things...

1. Honesty
2. A clear explanation of what's wrong and best way to proceed.
3. Effective hands on treatment (unless it's not a hands on issue)
4. Effective yet simple exercises based on natural movement patterns that actually work.
5. Resolution (or best management) of the problem in the minimum number of treatments (often just one suffices)
6. Treated with respect and dignity, I treat the person, not the condition.

Some spaces left on Tuesday next week before clinic closes for a short break.
